Abstract

In this research we fabricated new Thin films of of pure(50:50)%GA/PVA& (50:50)%GA/PVA doping By (COCl2.6H2O) & (CuCl2.6H2O).Were prepared using cast method .Optical absorption spectra of these thin films have been recorded  in the wave length range(200-800)nm using UVspectrophotometer Optical band gap of the films has been calculated by using Taucs  relation and variations in the values of optical band gap of  pure(50:50)%GA/PVA (3.94 ev)& (50:50)%GA/PVA doping By(CoCl2.6H2O)(3.8 ev) &(CuCl2.6H2O) (3.62ev
