The effect of DPP grains, isolated flavonoids were carried out on the levels of steroid hormone and Lipid profile in sera of adult female rabbits.
This animals were divided into seven groups, which include. acontrol group, G1,G2,G3:groups which orally treated with (12,24,36)mg/kg/day of DPP grain while groupsG4,G5,G6:orally treated with (5,10,15) mg/kg/day of isolated DDP.
-Testosterone significantaly increased in G3,G4,G6 as compared with C while with no significant change in other groups.
-Estradiol significantaly increased in G2 as compared with C and Significantaly decreased in G3,G4,G5, G6 as compared with C .
-progesterone significantaly increased in G3,G4,G5,G6 as compared with C .
-Prolactin significantaly decreased in G2,G4,G5,as compared with C.
