Abstract

The project explained for the first time, how conductivity method was used in the determination of stability of some imines derived from mother compounds 2-acetyl pyridine, 3 or 4 –hydroxy benzaldehyde, and others.

The method as found, simple precise and fast for the  determination of stability of imines in 10% ethanol aqueous medium, as measured by evaluation of their conductance. Different conductance values for 10-2 M imine solutions in the range (5.53-180) μmho were collected experimentally as interpreted and discussed.
