Detection of Bacterial causes of diarrhea in patients with SARS-CoV-2 in Samarraa city

The current study aimed to detection of bacterial causes of diarrhea in patients with SARS-CoV-2 in Samarraa city, for this purpose, 71 stool samples collected from SARS-CoV-2 patients with diarrhea, bacterial culture techniques, biochemical tests and vitik2 were used. The results showed that out of 71 sample, 45 Gram-negative isolates (63.38%) and 26 Gram-positive isolates (36.62%).
