Electronic learning is the use of modern technology of different types for information delivery in order to reduce both time and effort for maintaining a wide range of benefit through many patterns or programs like simulation which help the learner to facilitate his opportunities for learning and ensuring leaner a attention and follow up . Simulation help for adapting an interaction environment which gives alive experiment that can not be obtained from books or teacher unless using computer .
The purpose of this study is to design a simulation system that can be used to analysis documents using normalization method. This method investigate the main characteristic features of the intentity in the un normalized form of list and start to apply a group of normalization rules in order to reach to the final through adjusted optimal sample. This research recommend to use the modern methods in education, develops simulation programs in order to improve E-learning to keep up with universities that care about E-learning besides traditional education .
